Description
Proxis is Samsonite's new flagship suitcase. The shell itself is crafted from Roxkin, an incredibly durable and flexible material made of 28 layers; the suitcase can be bent and compressed and was developed by Samsonite itself. This medium-sized suitcase is recommended for trips of approximately 7-8 days. Samsonite Proxis is designed to meet your travel needs.
All Samsonite Proxis suitcases you purchase from Copenhagen Luggage come with 10 years of Worry-Free service*. No questions are asked in the event that you need to have your suitcase repaired; the warranty includes damage to the suitcase from, for example, airlines, and if there are any issues with the wheels, they will simply be replaced free of charge so that the suitcase rolls like new again. However, the warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, misuse, or gross abuse such as acid damage. If, contrary to all expectations, you find that your Proxis suitcase cannot be repaired, it will be replaced, your broken Proxis suitcase will be sent for recycling, and you will receive a 10% voucher for your next Samsonite purchase from us. When will I receive my order?
We ship with GLS to the parcel shop of your choice, and delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over 500 kr. On orders under 500 kr, shipping costs 70 kr.
Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Let us know within the 14 days and send the item back. You pay for the return shipping. Read more about shipping and returns.
Can you repair my suitcase or bag?
Yes. We repair brands such as TUMI, Samsonite and KKDK in our own workshop on Vesterbrogade, often while you wait if we have the parts in stock. If your suitcase is damaged during a flight, the airline covers the damage. Read about our repair service.
Can I get advice in the store?
Yes. Drop by our store at Vesterbrogade 6D, right across from Copenhagen Central Station, Monday to Friday 10 to 18 and Saturday 10 to 15. Feel free to call 28 58 16 20 to check if the item is in stock in the store.
