Which size should I choose?
The Cabin (55 cm, 37 litres) is for weekend trips and can be taken as hand luggage. The Check-in M (67.5 cm, 67 litres) is for trips of 1 to 2 weeks. The Check-in L (78.5 cm, 101 litres) is for longer trips and holidays. See what fits in each size.
Is the carry-on suitcase allowed as hand luggage?
The Classic Cabin measures 55 x 38 x 20 cm and weighs 2.4 kg. It is within the limits of 15 of the 18 airlines we have checked, such as SAS, Norwegian and Lufthansa. KLM and Air France allow a maximum width of 35 cm, and Qatar Airways a maximum height of 50 cm. At several low-cost airlines, a cabin bag must be included in your ticket. Check your airline.
Do the suitcases nest inside each other?
Yes. The three sizes in the series nest inside each other, so the whole set can be stored compactly when you are not travelling.
How do I set the code on the TSA lock?
Here is how it works on most combination locks:
- Press down the small silver button next to the numbers, for example with the tip of a ballpoint pen.
- Hold the button down and set the lock to the code you want, for example 1-2-3.
- Slide the large button that opens the lock to the side. The small button pops back up, and your code is saved.
You will also find instructions inside the suitcase. You are welcome to call 28 58 16 20 on weekdays between 10 and 18 while you are standing by your suitcase, and we'll help you.
What if a wheel or the handle breaks?
All wear parts, such as the wheels, carry handles and telescopic handle, can be replaced. We do repairs in our own workshop, and in many cases while you wait in our store on Vesterbrogade. If your suitcase is damaged during a flight, the airline covers the damage. Read about our repair service.
When will I receive my suitcase?
We ship with GLS to the parcel shop of your choice, and delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over 500 kr, so every suitcase in the series ships free within Denmark.
Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the suitcase. Let us know within the 14 days and send the suitcase back. You pay for the return shipping. Read more about shipping and returns.
What are the suitcases made of?
The shell is made of unbreakable polypropylene, which is light and strong. All sizes have a TSA-approved 3-digit combination lock and a theft-resistant zip, and inside there is a full divider with zip closure on both sides.
