Where is the key to my suitcase?

If you have recently bought a new suitcase or combination lock and discovered that there is a keyhole in the combination lock, but you cannot find the key. So, first of all, you must take it easy, you do not need a key to open your suitcase, which does not come with keys for TSA locks,

Virtually all newer suitcases are equipped with a TSA approved code lock. Here you will be able to see a small keyhole in the lock. Only the "Transport Security Administration" (TSA) or authorized airport security personnel can open your suitcase as part of a security check at airports. TSA approved locks are therefore approved to be locked when you check in the suitcases and they can always be recognized by the small red sticker that looks like a diamond.

If you do not have a TSA approved lock and lock your suitcase, the security staff at the airport can destroy the lock or the suitcase at your own expense, as they must have access to see everything you have in your suitcase.

We therefore recommend all our customers to buy a TSA lock if they want to lock the suitcase during the journey.

We needed to buy a carry on suitcase during our Europe trip and the service here was impeccable.

They help you with documentation for VAT refund, stamp the warranty card, and they showed all the necessary features of the suitcase. Highly recommended!
