Delivery with GLS

We ship with GLS Denmark. For private customers, GLS delivers through a nationwide network of parcel shops, and when you order, you choose the parcel shop that suits you best.

  • We usually deliver within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Delivery times for special spare parts and products can be longer.
  • If you would like a different delivery method, call us at +45 28 58 16 20.

Prices

International shipping

Shipping is calculated based on the country we ship to. You see the final price at checkout before you pay.

  • Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Austria: 149 kr. Free shipping on orders over 1,999 kr. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days.
  • Germany: 149.28 kr. Free shipping on orders over 1,500 kr.
  • Sweden: 150 kr, or 230 kr when you shop in Swedish kronor. Free shipping on orders over about 2,000 kr.
  • France, Poland, Spain, Portugal and the Czech Republic: 199 kr.
  • Other countries: 899 kr.

Right of withdrawal

How to return an item

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

  1. Let us know

    Tell us within the 14 days that you want to cancel your purchase. Write to info@copenhagenluggage.dk or call +45 28 58 16 20.

  2. Send the item back

    Once you have let us know, send the item back to us.

  3. Pay for return shipping

    You pay the cost of sending the parcel back.

  4. Pack it well

    You are liable for any damage that occurs in transit.

Orders under 500 kr: shipping 70 kr. Orders over 500 kr: free shipping when we deliver in Denmark. Outside Denmark, shipping depends on the country. See international shipping.

When will I receive my parcel?

We usually deliver within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times for special spare parts and products can be longer.

Can I have it delivered to my address?
