We usually deliver within 1 to 2 business days with GLS to the parcel shop of your choice. Delivery times for special spare parts and products may be longer.

Free shipping in Denmark on orders over 500 kr. On orders under 500 kr, shipping costs 70 kr. For other countries, the shipping cost depends on the destination. See shipping to other countries.

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Let us know within the 14 days and send the item back. You pay for the return shipping. Read about shipping and returns

Send an email to info@copenhagenluggage.dk with a description of the damage, photos and the receipt or order number. If the damage has been reported to the airline, attach the damage report. Read about our repair service

On most suitcases, press down the small silver button next to the numbers, for example with the tip of a ballpoint pen. Hold it down and set the lock to the code you want to use. Then press the button that opens the lock, and the small button pops back up. Your code is now saved.

If you have a residence permit outside the EU and your purchase is over 300 kr incl. VAT, you can get the VAT refunded. Either through Planet Taxfree at the airport, or the full VAT back to a Danish bank account against a customs-stamped invoice within 90 days.
