At Copenhagen Luggage, we often receive questions regarding the repair of RIMOWA suitcases. This is because we were previously an authorized RIMOWA dealer and service center. Today, however, all repairs are handled directly by RIMOWA.

- Full name
- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
- 13/17 digit serial number on the side of the suitcase
This allows RIMOWA to process your case faster and contact you regarding the repair.
