TITAN 10-year guarantee – Quality you can trust

At TITAN, quality and durability are paramount. That's why we offer a comprehensive 10-year warranty on all TITAN suitcases made in Germany – with the exception of the Mervus, Prior and X-Ray series.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty includes:

Material defects: Defects in the materials used.
Production error: Errors that occurred during the manufacturing process.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by mishandling, abuse or unauthorized repairs.
Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents or cosmetic damage.
Damages incurred during transport (e.g. air travel) – these must be reported directly to the responsible transport company.
Damage to polycarbonate, such as dents, is a natural property of the material and is not considered a defect.

How do you make use of the guarantee?

To make use of the warranty, you must:

Prove your purchase: Present a valid receipt or invoice.
Contact the retailer: Contact the retailer where you purchased the product, or contact TITAN directly.
Assessment: The product will be assessed and if the warranty covers the damage, TITAN will either repair the product or replace it with a similar product at its sole discretion.

Note

The warranty is an additional warranty and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Transport damage must be reported immediately to the relevant transport company upon receipt of the luggage.

With TITAN's 10-year warranty, you can travel with peace of mind, knowing that your suitcase is protected against manufacturing and material defects.
